Product Range Jelinek Cork Group has access to the largest variety of molds, dies, and designs used in the production of both the plastic tops and wood tops (as well as metal, glass, ceramic, stone, and more). This ensures Jelinek assembles and distributes the widest range of stoppers throughout the world. Standard sizes can be adapted to meet the design needs of customers without having the added expense of new molds. If special designs do require new molds or dies, Jelinek will supply these molds at the most economical prices with costs amortized over extended time frames.
Custom Design Work Jelinek Cork Group works closely with customers helping to design the most appropriate stopper packaging needs. The Jelinek product development team has many decades of experience and are well aware of the importance of marketing and brand development. The team will help develop stoppers and closures to meet these important criteria economically, technically and yet meeting design and packaging requirements.
Assembly of Corks to Tops Jelinek assembles corks to the tops either by automatic machines or by hand, depending on the complexities and quantities of the stoppers. Any glues or bonding agents used meet Food and Drug (FDA) regulations, as do all components of the stoppers. Quality Control and Assurance Quality control checks are performed on the raw materials before production of components, during the manufacturing and assembly stages, and with final controls after stoppers are completed in conformance with the stringent Jelinek Stopper
