Cork Bulletin Board Facing Products | Stationery and Visual Aid Boards

Jelinek cork facing material is specially formulated to allow push-pins easy entry but with firm grasp. Upon removal of tacks, push-pin holes are self-sealing. At the same time the cork grain sizes and cork finish are pleasing in appearance and consistent throughout the materials. Cork facing is available in both rolls and sheets. Thickness range is from 1/32” (0.8mm) and up depending on customer requirements.

• Cork rolls are available in a variety of grades, thicknesses, widths, and lengths. Please contact us and we will suggest the most suitable grade for your particular needs. Besides bulletin board facing, composition cork rolls are also an ideal covering for full walls, wall partitions, above and around office desks, by telephones or on refrigerators ….. wherever push-pins are used or notes and memos are left.

• Linocork Roll is a fine grained cork roll material with natural linseed oil and rosin binder. Secured to natural jute backing. Color remains consistent throughout thickness of roll.

• Self-Adhesive Cork Rolls in different colors (blue, black, red, white, natural). These rolls are reinforced and self-healing with a self-adhesive backing for easy installation.

• Cork sheets are available in a variety of grades and thicknesses. The standard sheet size is 24” x 36” (610mm x 915mm) although custom sizes are also available.

Conference cabinets / presentation boards …. Whether standard or custom made sizes, Jelinek Cork brings you the finest quality of presentation cabinets. These include porcelain writing surfaces (can be magnetic as well), flipcharts, tack boards, or any desired combination of any (or all) of these. Double or single door cabinets produced with a variety of rich wood veneers can be matched to any decor. Porcelain dry erase writing surfaces are combined with fabric or cork covered “tackable” panels. Bulletin boards …. Bulletin boards and memo boards are handy for hanging useful reminders, photos, etc. They are great for school, office and home use. Bulletin boards come in a variety of sizes and styles with different frame types or no frame at all. For a child’s bedroom, silk-screened cork boards add character and color.

Write-on/wipe-off dry erase boards …. Handy write-on/wipe off message boards with white enamel or melamine surface are a simple solution on which to write notes, announcements, shopping lists, etc. Perfect for a busy home or office. Ideal for school lockers. Available in different sizes to fit any location. Dry erase boards can also be magnetic. Dry erase marker pens are available in a variety of colors.

Combination dry erase and cork boards….Combination boards are exactly that – a combination of a write-on/wipe-off dry erase board (as described above) plus a cork bulletin board – all in one.

Memo bars …. The ideal and economical method of tacking information in chosen areas without having to hang a full sized bulletin board. Memo bars are cork strips with a pressure sensitive self-adhesive backing for quick mounting on most surfaces. Push pins and tacks will hold notes, drawings, and other memos firmly in place and the ¼” (6mm) cork will self-seal after tacks are removed. Any length of memo bars can be achieved.

Chalkboards …. Chalkboards are handy in schools, offices and homes. They are available in a variety of sizes and frames, and most come with a chalk rail. Writing surface is usually green but can also be available in traditional black.

Cork tackboard panels …. These cork panels are the perfect solution for a decorative yet functional full or part wall, tackboard or bulletin board. Ideal for pinning posters, children’s drawings or memos. They are ¼” (6mm) thick, designed to hold tacks or push pins. Each panel is 12” x 24” in size (300mm x 600mm). These panels are available with or without a self-adhesive backing.

Corkboard tiles …. These cork tiles are naturally dark (nearly black) in color and although designed for insulation purposes they do have multi functional uses. Possessing excellent heat/cold insulation properties they also can simultaneously function as wall/ceiling tiles and tackboards. They are available in several different sizes and thicknesses. Since they are meant primarily for insulation purposes they do initially release a small “burnt cork” smell which will dissipate over time. Corkboard tiles are the perfect solution for creating small or large pin-up surfaces.

Acoustical panels …. Specially formulated decorative cork panels with excellent acoustic and insulating qualities. Acoustic cork panels are multipurpose. Ideal as wall and ceiling coverings, perfect as bulletin boards from one panel to a whole wall. There is a choice of several different patterns. The tile surface is treated with wax to repel dust and to augment the look of the tile. They are ½” (13mm) in thickness and are available with or without self-adhesive backing.

Cork “pin” tiles …. These handy cork tiles are economical, easy to install, and ideal for a variety of purposes including pin up boards, pinning sewing patterns, creating small or large bulletin boards in any shape or pattern desired. They are 12” x 12” x 3/8” (300mm x 300mm x 5mm). Available in packs of four, with or without self-sticking squares.

Silk screened boards …. Many boards are silk screen printed with assorted designs and characters. Choose from our assortment or ask for custom printed boards. Fun, colorful, and different. Add a touch of color and character to a room that is both functional and decorative. These bulletin boards come in a variety of styles and shapes. Great for a child’s bedroom or playroom.

Composition cork rolls are an ideal covering for full walls, wall partitions, above and around office desks, by telephones or on refrigerators …. anywhere where pushpins are being used or notes and memos being left. Designer cork rolls maintain their natural cork characteristics but with the added effect of colored pigments surrounding each of the cork grains. The subtle coloring provides a decorative and unique wall covering or bulletin board facing. Available in ¼” (6mm thickness) in red, green, blue, and natural tones.
